You create a wall of ice on a solid surface within range.
You can form it into a (hemi)sphere with a radius of up to 4m, or a flat surface made up of ten contiguous 4m-square panels. In any form, the wall is 30cm thick.
If the wall cuts through a creature's space when it appears, the creature is pushed to one side (your choice) and must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d6 Ice damage and receiving levels of
Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target takes half damage and receives 1 level of Brittle.
Failure. The target takes full damage and receives 2 levels of Brittle.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, except the target takes 1.5× damage.
The wall has AC 12 and 30 HP per 4m section, and it is weak to FIRE. Reducing a 4m section of wall to 0 HP destroys it and leaves behind a sheet of frigid air.
A creature moving through this for the first time on a turn must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d6 Ice damage and receiving levels of
Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target takes half damage.
Failure. The target takes full damage and receives 1 level of Brittle.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, except the target takes 1.5× damage.
